8:45 AM – 9:00 AM | Arrival at WORX

Students arrive via WORX-provided transportation, ready to kick off a day of exploration and discovery.
 

9:00 AM – 9:15 AM | Welcome Circle & Instructor Introductions

We begin the day by gathering in a welcome circle, where students meet the instructors who will guide their activities and learn what’s in store for the day.
 

9:15 AM – 9:30 AM | Group Breakout & Preparation

Students break into small groups and head out with their instructors to designated work areas for the morning session.
 

9:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Morning Skills & Trades Activities

Mornings are dedicated to hands-on learning in a variety of fields, including:

• Culinary Arts

• Woodworking

• Masonry

• Bicycle Mechanics

• Solar Electricity

• Paddle Boarding

• Bicycle Industry Design & Engineering

• Fly Fishing
   

Participants rotate through different subject areas throughout the week, ensuring they experience a wide range of skills and trades.
 

12:00 PM – 12:45 PM | Lunch & Free Play

After a morning of learning, it’s time to relax! Students enjoy lunch followed by free play in the big field, with options like:

• Soccer

• Whiffle ball

• Frisbee

• Football

• Hammock lounging and chill time
   

12:45 PM – 1:00 PM | Group Gathering for Afternoon Activities

Students regroup for the afternoon session. One group heads to the lake for swimming, while others participate in fun, interactive learning activities. Groups rotate throughout the week so everyone gets a chance to swim.
 

1:00 PM – 2:00 PM | Swimming or Social Emotional Learning Activities

• Lake Swimming: Cool off and enjoy some fun in the water.

• Social Emotional Learning (SEL) Activities: Engaging games designed to build leadership, teamwork, social skills, and problem-solving abilities.
   

2:00 PM | End of Day – Bus Departure

Students board the bus and head back to designated parent pick-up locations, ending a full day of learning, fun, and adventure.​
